Confirmed by Awaken Realms: If you want a longer time to pay off your pledge … the stretch pay during the initial campaign (and endgame extended time) will be longer (ie, spread out over more months) than if you pledge during the pledge manager. You still can get stretch pay during the pledge manager … it just won’t be stretched out over as many months.
